Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Pulse Extractor is a software product operated by Muhammad Awais Muhammad Saeed, an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. The operator may also use the professional name Awais BinSaeed. “Pulse,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this product and operator. No wording on this site implies that Pulse Extractor is an incorporated company or registered trade name.
1. The service
Pulse is a browser extension and related software service. Extract Page performs user-initiated, deterministic structuring of the webpage actively selected by the user. Research, when requested, additionally looks for relevant public evidence beyond that page, guided by a preset or a custom objective, and returns a SUCCESS, PARTIAL or Insufficient evidence result. Pulse does not monitor browsing in the background and is not an uncontrolled crawler. A separate, optional Smart Enrichment capability is described in the Privacy Policy; it is not reachable from the current version of the extension and does not currently process any data.
Websites differ in structure, access rules, quality, and availability. Pulse does not guarantee that every page contains extractable data or that every permitted page can be processed. Pulse would rather leave a field blank than invent a value it cannot verify, but it does not guarantee that every output is complete or accurate. Review important information against its source before relying on it.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Individual plans are for one person. Each account can use Pulse on a limited number of active devices at a time (two on the Free plan, three on paid individual plans), which you can see, rename and remove under Your devices; very rapid device changes may require a security check or a short pause before another device can be added, without affecting devices already in use or a paid subscription. Free allowances belong to the Pulse installation as well as the account, so creating or switching accounts on the same installation does not restore them, and linking sign-in methods to one account never increases them. Paid plans may limit how many server-side actions, such as Research runs, one account runs at the same time. Pulse may suspend access needed to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful use.
3. Acceptable use
You must have the right to view and process source content and must comply with applicable law and the source website’s rules. You remain responsible for exported data and for how you use public or personal information. You must not use Pulse for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory or solely automated decisions about people, access-control circumvention, credential theft, bulk unsolicited outreach, uncontrolled site-wide scraping, resale of personal data, infringement, malware, service disruption, payment fraud, Investigation or usage-allowance manipulation, or attempts to access another user’s account or data. You must not use Pulse to reproduce, republish, or redistribute copyrighted works without the rights or authorization those works require.
4. Extract Page, Research, and Investigations
Extract Page (deterministic, on-page extraction) and Research (looking beyond the page for relevant public evidence) are separate. Extract Page never consumes an Investigation on any plan. The Free plan includes 20 Extract Page runs per month, the other monthly Free workflow allowances (Full-Page Capture, Professional Export and selection) shown on the Pricing page, and 1 lifetime Investigation. Starter, Pro and Intelligence include unlimited Extract Page, Full-Page Capture and Professional Export; Starter includes the monthly selection quantity shown on the Pricing page and Pro and Intelligence include unlimited selection; each paid plan receives the monthly Investigation quantity shown on the Pricing page for Research. An Investigation is charged only for a completed, billable Research result; a result Pulse cannot verify enough evidence for is returned as Insufficient evidence and is not charged. Pulse’s server ledger, not client text, browser storage, or modified extension code, is authoritative for balance, cost, plan, and fulfillment.
Unlimited Extract Page, Full-Page Capture and Professional Export on Starter, Pro and Intelligence, unlimited Smart Snip on Pro and Intelligence, and the monthly allowances of Free, Lite and Starter are the current commercial offering, not an unconditional promise of unlimited resource use. We may introduce reasonable-use protections or change future offerings with notice. A change will not retroactively reduce the service already purchased for a paid billing period except where necessary for security, law, or abuse prevention.
5. Subscriptions, annual billing, and top-ups
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless canceled. Annual pricing is equivalent to receiving two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Annual subscribers do not receive a full year of Investigations upfront; Investigations are granted through a server-authoritative monthly refresh at the same monthly quantity as the equivalent monthly plan (Intelligence Annual receives a one-time 200-Investigation bonus in its first billing month only). Unused monthly Investigations do not carry over into the next billing cycle. The Free plan's 1 lifetime Investigation is the one exception: it remains in the account until used and is not tied to a monthly cycle.
One-time Investigation top-up packs are not offered at launch. If introduced in the future, quantities would come from the server catalog and could not be chosen by the client. A scheduled plan change does not grant the next plan’s Investigations before its entitlement period begins.
6. Payments, plan changes, and cancellation
Paid purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, which may handle checkout, applicable tax calculation and collection, receipts, payment credentials, refunds, and customer-facing billing. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the account or customer portal made available by the payment provider where available. Cancellation and scheduled plan changes take effect on the date shown by the payment provider and Pulse server state; editing the user interface cannot accelerate entitlement.
Cancellation stops future renewal according to its effective date but is not itself a refund. Refunds and associated Investigation reversals are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
Pulse software, design, and branding belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Pulse or third-party content. You retain your rights in content you lawfully provide and remain responsible for having permission to process it. Pulse does not grant, and the technical accessibility of a webpage does not itself create, any license or right to that page’s content; extracted results are provided to help you analyze and reference source material, not to substitute for or redistribute it.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
Pulse is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every page, specific business outcomes, or permanent availability of a feature. We may maintain, improve, limit, or discontinue features and may terminate or suspend access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk. Where practical, material commercial changes will be communicated in advance.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse is provided “as is” without warranties that cannot truthfully be made. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, respecting privacy and source rights, and deciding whether an export is suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes concerning Pulse are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised date and, for material changes, providing reasonable notice where practical. Questions may be sent to support@pulseextractor.com.
