Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Policy applies to Pulse Extractor subscriptions and one-time Smart Credit top-ups sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. It does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Before requesting a refund

You may cancel future renewal through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation and refund are different actions: canceling stops renewal according to the effective date shown, while a refund asks for money from an already completed transaction to be returned.

Refund requests

Contact awaisbinsaeed.83@gmail.com with the Paddle transaction identifier, purchase email and reason. Do not send card details. Refunds are reviewed based on service failure, duplicate charge, accidental purchase, usage, timing and applicable consumer law. This draft does not promise approval in every case or waive mandatory rights.

Subscriptions

Approved full or partial refunds are processed through Paddle. A refund does not automatically mean the subscription is canceled; use the portal or request cancellation separately. When Paddle reports a completed refund or chargeback, Pulse uses the stored transaction record to reverse the Smart Credits granted by that transaction.

Smart Credit reversals

For a full refund, Pulse attempts to reverse all Smart Credits originally granted by that transaction. For a partial refund, Pulse reverses a proportional quantity. Reversals never make the account balance negative: if some or all credits were already consumed, Pulse removes up to the remaining balance and records any unrecovered difference. Top-up and subscription-credit refunds follow the same server-authoritative rule.

Processing time

Once approved and submitted, timing depends on Paddle, the payment method and the financial institution. We do not promise a bank-posting date we do not control.
