Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulse Extractor browser extension and this website (together, "Pulse"). By installing or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms.
What Pulse is
Pulse is a browser productivity tool for the user-initiated extraction, organization, transformation, and export of information from the webpage you are actively viewing, into structured data for recruitment, sales, and research workflows. Pulse acts only on your explicit instruction, one page at a time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Pulse only:
- To extract information from pages you are legitimately viewing and permitted to access.
- For your own personal or business productivity purposes.
- In compliance with the terms of service of the websites you use Pulse on, and with applicable law.
You agree not to:
- Use Pulse for automated, bulk, or unattended extraction across multiple pages or sites.
- Use Pulse to collect personal data at scale for unsolicited contact or resale.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit accounting, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent Pulse as your own product.
Accounts and credits
Some features require an account and are metered using credits. Credit balances are tracked by our servers and are the authoritative record of your balance. Credits are consumed only for successful, usable results; failures caused by our service are not charged. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once consumed, except as described in our refund handling or required by law.
No warranty
Pulse is provided "as is." Extracted data is generated from the content of the page you are viewing and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for any decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to Pulse or these Terms
We may update Pulse or these Terms as the product evolves, particularly during this early-access period. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pulse for use that violates these Terms, including automated or bulk extraction, abuse of the credit system, or unlawful use.
